If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If wanting a refund or an exchange for any reason, please contact us to arrange this. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have purchased the wrong item, Dolly's Den refund policy offers a maximum period of 14 days. For any other reason for your return such as a faulty item please contact us. This will allow us to contact the supplier and resolve this as quickly as we can. We will be happy to refund or exchange items. But please order the correct items or quantity to avoid this.  Exchanges and refunds To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items purchased must be in the original condition that you received and not personalised. Dolly's Den cannot accept any worn or used items. Unless a valid reason. Unfortunately refund delivery charges cannot be refunded. When returning any items this will cost you. Unfortunately, Dolly's Den cannot cover the cost to return the items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to get in touch with us and return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
